Songs of the Solstice celebrations begin…

Richard, Amy, Howard, Daisy and Django have been delighting audiences with this year’s Songs of the Solstice gigs containing Christmas favourites and tour classics from across the years.

These shows also feature a wealth of new material from their new album Ice Garden – listen out for Cerys Matthew’s show on BBC6 Music over the next few weeks.

The two gigs in Wilmington this year will be the very last Christmas performances Richard will give in this beautiful old church.

“This is where it all began in 2005. Now, after 20 uninterrupted years, these last Wilmington shows will certainly have a tinge of sadness. Please come along one last time to help welcome in the Winter Solstice at the feet of the LongMan.”
