French Guitar Adventurers Concert

Chaque année, un groupe de guitaristes se retrouve chez nous à The French Retreat pour une semaine intensive d’étude de la musique.

La formation, menée par le guitariste et compositeur anglais Richard Durrant, se termine souvent par un joyeux concert improvisé.

Ce dernier inclus un ensemble de guitares, des duos et des chansons reprises par les étudiants ainsi que la chance de pouvoir écouter Richard Durrant, un musicien renommé à la réputation internationale, jouer en solo.

Each year a group of guitarists spend an intensive music study week at The French Retreat.

The course, which is run by the English concert guitarist and composer Richard Durrant, culminates in an informal and entertaining concert.

This will include guitar ensemble music, duets and songs from the students plus a chance to hear Richard Durrant play solo – a renowned musician with an international reputation.
