just a short note to say how much we and our guests enjoyed the Christmas concert: none of them had heard you or your friends play before and were so pleased they shared the music and everyone’s enthusiasm.

“It was a magical way to get in the right spirit. We didn’t know what to expect but were truly blown away (I couldn’t make up my mind who was the star of the evening)”

A brilliant evening and many thanks to you all

Very best wishes for Christmas 2019 the new Year and of course for solstice celebrations

    Dear Richard,

Many thanks for sending me some music by email when my own was lost during an eviction. I’m sorry I have not been able to come to any gigs this year but I heard you on Joanne Good’s show on BBC London a couple of times and I will try my best to come to a concert in 2020.

May I express my sincere enjoyment and appreciation of all your work and wish you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

    All the best,

    Ian Wheatly

It was good to see you Louise at Richard’s Concert at the U3A this past Friday. We had a chat about tickets that I had tried to purchase from your Web site. You asked me to send you a message to remind you to make a note of the three tickets I wished to purchase for the concert at the St Magnus Cathedral in Kirkwall Orkney You explained that you would reserve the three tickets for payment and collection on the door before the concert. One of my Orkney friends, himself a musician is coming with me together with his wife to the concert. I am sure he would be happy to mention Richard’s concert by e-mail to others who live locally and that he knows to enjoy music. I didn’t say to you on Friday but would ask you to mention to Richard that I appreciated the kind comments he made about the poem I wrote following the 2018 Christmas concert at Wilmington. I also really enjoyed the pieces Richard played at Fridays U3A concert. I thought them rather special. If they come to be recorded at sometime in the future I would certainly be treating myself. It was good to see your sales table so busy on Friday. I wish you and Richard well, together with your family. Kind Regards Jacqueline Harford.
